  • Why am I unable to place orders?
    This could be due to the following issues: The item you have selected is out of stock. There is a technical or internet connectivity issue. The selected location/pincode is undeliverable. Check if there is a quantity limit.
  • How to Order ?
    To begin ordering, you may visit the Dapno website on your desktop or mobile browser. Steps to place an order: 1.Select the items which you want to order. 2. Add those items to your “Shopping Cart”. 3. After reviewing your shopping cart, click on “Proceed to Checkout”. 4. You’ll be prompted to sign in to your Dapno account. You can sign in using your mobile number or email address if you already have an account. If you’re a new customer, you can create account with email or phone. 5. Enter the address where you want to receive your order 6. Select the payment method, add the details, and click on “Continue”. 7. Review your order and click on the “Place your Order” button and Pay to complete.
  • Can I change or modify orders that are already placed ?
    You would not be able to change or modify the number of items once you have already placed an order. You can place another fresh order with the desired modifications.
  • How do I claim warranty
    We don't offer warranty as , we are providing products at best rates , to get warranty one might need to pay double at other platforms .
  • Where do you ship?
    Currently, we ship all over India.
  • Are all your products in stock?
    Yes, all products listed in our shop are in stock. We ship our products directly from our stock, ensuring speedy delivery.
  • Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) on orders?
    Yes, in 2025 we are providing Cash on Delivery (COD) services. However, a few regions may not be eligible for COD. Customers will be notified within 14 days if their location is not eligible for COD.
